		WELCOME TO PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY SERVICES (PSS) and STRATEGIC ACQUISITIONS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (SAIP) PSS provides a wide range of services including office products and protocol/giftware, forms management, procurement support, printing, publishing, BC Bid, BC Mail Plus, surplus asset disposal and redistribution, and light vehicle fleet management. SAIP consists of a group of professionals who manage and deliver strategic procurement planning, advice and implementation services for major acquisitions. It also provides Intellectual Property management services, liaises with industry on issues related to government procurement and intellectual property and delivers procurement related training.
